I use airtel web on my mobile with RC of 98 which gives 2 gB of browsing upload download free for 1 month. Yesterday when i was browsing ownskin.com on my phone, by mistake on 'i-don't-know-what' and instantly i get a message saying 99Rs have been deducted for using some "hooters". I lodged a complain immediately with reference number 0127007451 and the supervisor assured me that i will get my balance back by 28th of january afternoon.
On 27th of january, i get a call from customer care saying i have downloaded something (which i never did) and hence i was charged. Assuming Hypothetically that i downloaded something, where is the need to deduct 99 Rs? M i not paying for internet already? When i try to call them back, they put my call on hold and the call disconnects.
When i try to reach them again, everytime they say that they are not the concerned department and they keep giving new numbers 12138, 12118, 12118*, and finally when i press '9' to talk to executive, i get a recorded response, asking me to sms some shit to some number.
How now am i supposed to contact them? I am writing this after trying innumerable times.
I demand justice, and want my amount back.
