The complain is in reference to Airtel mobile number 9910530022 in the name of my mother Sudha Rani.

It has been months that we have misplaced our phone and requested the customer care at airtel to discontinue the number, but they have been generating monthly rental and now asking us to pay for it. The number has not been in use at all and an amount generated of INR 1529 is absurd. We also have recieved a letter to contact Mr S P Tripathi at 9650356044 in order to resolve the case. The number is always switched off and it just shows unprofessional approach of M/s. Bharti Airtel Limited in this case.

I am sure we don't have to pay when we have not used this number and the proof being not even a single call made on this number.

Looking forward for some action.
