This Complaint regarding service of Airtel Company, (Activation of Services without Customer Request)
17/02/10 I got Message where my Mobile bill is Sent to My mail id
Where every time i getting my paper copy in hand but 17/02/10 i got my bill on my mail id which i am not requested to airtel comapny to activation this services.
17/02/10 time 09.04am i called to customer care but didnt get any solution. but they registered a request Complain no. F640985384.
on 17/02/10 time 12.14 again i getting mail of ebill.
After requesting again and again but i am getting messages of ebill, which deliver on mail id.
This is ridiculous services of Airtel Company
Airtel doing a manopaly they are activating services there own choice without intimating customer/ without customer permission.
Please take a action otherwise they do more they can activate any services without customer request, and which liable to pay by me.
