I am a post paid customer of Airtel for last 3 years and my experience of their customer service given to me and my friends has forced me to write a few words of appreciations for the communication provider. ie. Airtel customer service is PACK of SHIT! They can cease your SIM registration any time. On realizing and calling them by the mid of the night you are suggested to visit their outlet and get the SIM changed. No empathy shown by the people on the other end. You can also get the answer like "no supervisor or manager on the floor" Wonder how do they run the call center without a supervisor or manager.
At times you also come across situations where you would be surprised and left in anger to know that your call has been disconnected by the other end.
God bless Airtel!!! They boost of the best customer service.
