I Am ramesh from Coimbatore. I had taken a connection with airtel on October. almost after 3 months suddenly they disconnected the service. i contacted the airtel customer care they told me that the SIM may be damaged go to the nearest airtel showroom and get changed the sim after this i had went to the airtel showroom and get chaged the sim. after changing the Sim i contacted the AIRTEL CALL CENTRE for not activating. Now they are saying the line is permanently disconnected for non-submission of Documents. But what the truth is i Have submitted the Documents Twice.
