My no is 9931732093.I had made a recharge of 21 on my number in which their is facility to send 200 sms daily all over india. Ihad made recharge on 06-03and my transaction id is633614200.on 07-03 i had not send 200 sms but still they are deducting balance from main account.on 08-03 and 09-03 i had send a sms to check that balance is deducting or not.but instill they are deducting balance from my main account.so what is meant by sms pack if they deduct balance from main account.i had also contacted customer care but their is no response about my problem.this thing doesnot suits such a reputed company.every time when i had made a recharge of 21 sms pack this type of problem occurs.if they can`t give this type of facility then why they are offering this type of facility.
