Money hack on my balance

So many times my balance is reduced. I m Call Customer care they are not care me. Airtel Customer is so rough & poor. i m call customer care many times but they are disconnected my call. This is to much. I m a Airtel Prepaid subscriber last three years. My number is 9862465964
