Quite a few days ago, I had to go in roaming. So I recharged with Rs.42/- to get lower call rates while roaming. When I came back and asked the helpline 121 how to revert back my plan to 1p/sec, they told me that you can't do it until the roaming plan's validity gets over, which is for 3years. Even their supervisor told me the same thing.

But when I went to AIRTEL showroom, they recharged my account with Rs.43/- and I got back my 1p/sec plan. This is how these 121 guys make u fool with their lack of knowledge. I really remained quite upset during all these days.
