Sir ii am using airtel number 9810300564 since last 5years but on 22/03 airtel dicinnected my sim registration bec of mismatch my identification and i had a talk 121 customer care they said pl u visit outlet n give your i d proof than it will be start again but problem is that on14/08 i converted this number on my name from postpaid to prepaid n they agreed ki airtel system shows that but again they said pl you wait for 1week than i approach to nodal officer n appelet officer also but they all said same.sir do me some favour from yopur side bec its my buissness number if they dont start again i lost my customers n my money also.thanks n revert
