Sir I am using the Airtel Mobile. Call to the customer care are toll free until last days. But for Some days the calls beyond 3 minutes to the customer care executives are been chargeable, about 50ps beyond each pulse after 3 minutes. How they charge this? Call to the customer care will be free of tariff. Is it there duty to clarify our doubts? Why we pay charges to the customer Care?
When they cut my balance without any valid reason, I have to call the customer care to get back my money, they said that, I have to stay in hold. Will they give the taken money form our account back and why I pay for that?
