AirTel is a leader in Telecom but I have a bitter experience with their Support
Close to 50 calls if not more must have been made to 121 12118 198 - their support numbers to restore my GPRS . The experience has been interesting - I have recited who I am, from where I am and the purpose of my calling - like a parrot to every single executive, who will promptly say the problem wil be resolved within 2 hours or wil promise to transfer to the tech dept.
Well all I am benefitted now is a free live music - the airtel tone.
Nothing has happened even at the time of writing this
I hope some one in AirTel looks at this as I have high regards for the co but dont know why their customers are treated like this
