Has cut Rs.98 for 2GB GPRS usage but has given 0KB

My "Airtel GPRS (2GB for Rs.98) plan" was "Renewed" on "16 Mar"

they deducted Rs.98 from my account and due to some error has not given me any usage. It showed -0.49MB download left instead of 2048MB (2GB).

On "19 Mar" I made my first complaint for the same. They told me that they will contact me till "1:30 p.m. 23 Mar" Complaint No.: 320341989, But on one called.

I again made the complaint on "24 Mar 210". They told me that they will contact me till "25 Mar" Complaint No.: 032034198900, But on one called.

I again made the complaint on "26 Mar 210". They told me that they will contact me till "30 Mar" Complaint No.: 3032717742200, But on one called.

Then on "31 Mar" i talked to their section head she (Mira Kabir) checked my records and said that i am correct and assured me they will correct the problem till "12 p.m. 2 Aprail 2010" Complaint No.:2717742200, again the same.

The problem is still not solved i have also made an another complaint on 3 Mar complaint no:3040319434700 and they have given me the date 6 Mar.
