Sir,

For the last month we the people at Dalgate area of Srinagar, Kashmir are not getting proper service from the airtel. we have been complinting to their customer care but they have been dodging us since saying it will be resiolved soon but of no vail. I have personally lost some important business proposals. and also this is area of great tourist attraction and is causing problems to them as well. please look into the matter soon.
