Dear Sir,
I am Airtel Prepaid Mobile phone subscriber for the past 8 years.
My number has been disconnected by giving a lame excuse of documents not available.
Although I had submitted all the documents at the time of purchasing the Airtel SIM card, and again I had re-submitted the documents during 2006 / as it was demanded by norms of Government of India. Lastly on April 21st 2010 I had been to Airtel Gallery at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon and again was asked to submit my documents and fill up a Airtel Form. Which I have done, still my number is not active.
Despite having balance left in my prepaid account & with a proper validity till May my number has been disconnected. This is a very bad treatment to a loyal Airtel subscriber.
It is my earnest request to kindly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible. I am unnecessarily being harassed over email communication and not being returned my number.
