I called customer care on 01-04 and told about their poor GPRS service. The customer care executive told that the problem would be solved before 12-04. I called customer care again on 14-04 and told that I'm still experiencing poor GPRS service. He told that the problem was already solved and told me to check my mobile. The problem is not solved yet. I've asked my friends about the connection speed everyone said that they were still experiencing the problem. Solve the problem immediately
