Hi All,
I purchased my Airtel Prepaid simcard about 4-5 months ago. I received a verification call from and agent after about 1 month and they verified all my details. Now today I am receiving a message that due to non verification my Incoming and Outgoing has been barred. I contacted the customer service and they say that the details I am providing do not match with their database.
My question here is, previously when they called for verification, the details matched and now all of a sudden they dont match. I asked the rep to why it that so? he said we cannot give out reasons and disconnected the call. I again called and had to repeat the whole story again and then the rep transferred me to a supervisor who told me that you will have to submit your documents again and we can POSSIBLY activate your card.
I think there is a lapse in the verification process. now I am helpless and waiting on the response. Lets hope for the best.
