I used Airtel mobile for almost 4 years. My billing plan was in advance rental. I renewed this plan on 2009. This tariff was not reflected in June bill and they reworked the bill on August after many complaints. They informed that they can revoke the late fee charges only after paying the reworked balance. I also paid the same. But they did not follow their words. These are documented in mail. They charged late fee for more than 10 months. Finally they disconnected the service even the advanced rental period was active.

They used to charge bills even after the disconnection and send persons to my home to collect the payment. I asked the person to give split up detail of the bill amount. But they failed to provide those details. I told I can pay the bills only for the actual amount except any late fee charges. They said they will come with the final settlement letter. But they never come back again.

Some new persons contacting from airtel and they are harrassing nowdays without knowing the billing errors. They are behaving like decent thieves. They do not do genuine business nowadays.

There are lot of mail communication between myself and airtel but nothing resolved the issue. They simply ignoring to provide the requested information to cover their mistake. This is a kind of modern robbery.
