I am feeling very regret to inform you about the very poor response of Airtel GPRS Customer Care Helpline. I am a long time customer of Airtel (earlier to present also) and using the GPRS servies. Last time in June, I had sent a message to Airtel No. *567# and selected the option 2. Upto 2 GB/[email protected] got a message from AY-Airtel stating
"Rs. 98 (Free 2 GB) daily rental GPRS pack is activated. Post 2GB/30p/50Kb will be charged. Next deduction is due on 17/07 00:00hrs. To deactivate dial *567#".
Since i was willing to continue the GPRS service continuously to have the GPRS service cycle & don't want to deactivate this plan, i didn't dial *567#.
When i checked my balance i found a wrong deduction of amount apprx. Rs 85/- (apart from Rs. 98 for GPRS existing plan). For this I had logged my complaint with Airtel GPRS Customer Support Executives and get the request reference no. 0717564324 and target time 20th July upto 6.00PM.I didn't get any feedback upto mentioned time. I request to repay the money to my no.9993001063
