I am having number of complaints. My airtel # is 9591231372
Complaint No. 1.
I have made 3 complaints stating that I do not wat any promotional/advertising calls or messages on my mobile. The last complaint I have given is complaint No. W1019504432. Now they tell me that I have to wait another 45 days. Since I do not have the complaint number they are able to consider it as the first complaint it seems. Even if it is the first complaint how can they give a period which is as long as 45 days? They do not respect my privacy at all? 45 days of privacy is of no value to the compnay.
I am working in different shifts and I am getting calls while I sleep and entire my day is affected because of this unwanted calls.
Complaint 2.
When I have tqaken this connection I have submitted all my documents. How ever they asked me to resubmit all the documents again as per the Govt. regulation. Hence I have submitted it again at the Mangalore office located near to the private bus stand and Central railway station. Even after asking them they did not give me any acknowledgement for submitting the same. After 10 days of submitting I got a call from Airtel stating that I need to resubmit the documents a third time. And they are asking for the acknowledgement report which they were unwilling to provide me when I submitted the report. They also told me that this number is registerd in some one else' name in Bangalore. How can airtel give a number that is registered in some body else name?
