Delay in shifting-refrence no-358708

I have shifted my residential premises from NOIDA to Dwarka (Delhi). I talked to

customer care and requested on 4th July to kindly shift the broadband

connection at my new addrees at dwarka. They have provided me the shifting

refrence no-358708 and told me this will be done within 1 month of time. I have

also provided all the necessary document which were requested by the customer

care people but till date now shifting has not done. I have called several times

at customer care and every time they told me that they have fwd this issue and

i will get call within 24 hours but this will not happened. Its more than 1

month now and no action have been taken by Airtel People. I have Escalated this

issue three times but nothing happen and even they dont tell any reason for delay in

shifting and today on 14th August i have got a call from Airtel that the shifting is not possible at my new residence address at Dwarka and when i talk to customer care for new connection, they are ready to provide me the new connection at Dwarka address. How come they are ready to provide me the new connection while they are not ready to shift my previous connection. I have also write a mail to Nodal officer at the mail address at nodal.ncr @airtel.in but did not get any responce from their side.it is almost 45 days and i am facing lots of problem due to this. Kindly take appropriate action against them.
