I am a prepaid customer, on 04.08.10 I selected an option of Rs.5 for 50MB internet. I used 49MB. Airtel deducted a Rs. 36 from my Balance. I called customer care, twice, It is a paid call. Happend to spend much time. but no use. meantime I contacted Airtel Gallary. They say call 121.

On 21.08.10 mobile was on sleepmode, pushed a button to activate, a message came Thanks for downloading, charged Rs.99/- I was roaming. called 121 paid service twice to get the money back.

On 24.08.10 at 14.52Hrs. message came charged Rs.5/- for game.

On 25.08.10 at 14.53Hrs. message came charged Rs. 5/- for game

I never use / play game.

On 21.08.10 I requested customer care people to activate do not disturb service, She told it will take 45 days to activate.
