Refund not received from airtel

I had subscribed to airtel services for a period of 2 yrs in gurgoan from july to july.

They asked me for a Deposit of Rs - to activate my ISD services.

They do not activate ISD services unless the deposit has been paid.

In August My ISD services were activated after a payment of Rs 2000 by me.

I used these services till july on discontinuing the number in july when i asked for a refund of my deposit, thier system, shows no such record, i visited them several times, gave them all possible data. But still they refuse to have received this payment and have not refunded it to me.

As a rule airtel never activates ISD services unless the deposit is made, yet they refuse to acknowledge that i made the deposit and pay it back to me.

I have never defaulted on my payment and paid a last settlement of Rs 800 when only Rs 500 was asked, to cover my unbilled amount. Yet i am not getting my money back.
