Convert Demo To Normal Sim

Dear Sir,

I (A.Manoj) am Using Air-tel Connection for past 3 years with Business Sim (Demo Sim/ ERC Sim) My Mobile No is 9866767071.I am very Happy as a member in Air-tel. Duet to the some Reasons i am not doing any business form lost few months. Presently i am using 1 month plan (RC 97),

I am getting lots of burden and problems with this plan, So i am planing to Change my services like demo Sim to Normal Sim, Actually I don't know the process and i met my Distributor and went to Air-tel Office i.e Main Branch in Hyderabad (Begumpet), the custmer are not satisfied with me and they said to me it not possible to change, is their any options To Change this services? So please let me know if any Process to Change this services.
