i am receiving sms for submit the residential proof for the number 09631683310.

I have all ready submitted the same at the time of purchasing of sim.

after your suggestion i have gone to my nearest dealer shre om enterprises hajipur for this purpose. but your distributer refuse to give the prescribe form.

thats why i am unable to submit the form.
