I was Scared with your Missed call Alert service, because today morning (18/09) i called to Customer care Executive, as per their instructions i activated Missed Call Alert Service, that 15/- RS. was deducted from my balance, and after that it shows a message your request couldn't process, then i called to Customer Care Executive again, and he checked that, told to me yes it doesn't activated, right a way i can activated that, but still now it doesn't get any activation.
I am not asking you people to do needful, i am suggesting you, it can create a negative word of mouth.
