I received a message from 54321 on 17-10-10 at 8.20pm regarding a deduction of Rs 20/- for some game downloaded from airtel. since I never downloaded any game I called the customer care to know the details and the name of the game I have downloaded. they were unable to give any proper information and on further query transfered my call to their supervisor. If airtel is asking charge to talk to their customer care attendants then they should be prompt to attend the customers. But unfortunately I called thrice and every time my call was transfered to the supervisor keeping my phone on hold and he never received the call. For a query of Rs 20/- I spent Rs 4/- without any result. my phone number is 9862811987 and I want the company to give my balance back.
