This is Tanmoy Sanyal. My mother Dalia Sanyal has been using an airtel connection since 2006 bearing number 9903121131. She was asked to resubmit the documents. Her SIM has been deactivated from yesterday even though the documents were submitted 4 days earlier. Now whenever I am calling the customer care, the call is being diverting to a computerised responding system which is asking me to confirm the documents by pressing 1. After doing so the system tells that the sim will be activated within 2 hours, but this 2 hours has not yet come in 2 hours. Now the situation has become quite an insulting and harrassing one. I am fed up with this Please help me out.
