I purchased the air tel sim from the airtel service provider from the agent at hisar cantt, which was working well till 22oct 10. the outgoing and incoming facilities to the sim were debarred since the date mentioned above. On contacting the service agent, he told that the services will resume after depositing the photos and identification proof. these documaents handed over to the agent on 29 sept10. Is this is my fault or the agent's. Above that inspite of reptted reminders the sim is still not functional. I believe the agent is non responsive to rectify the problem which is not in your company's interest. Such agents are spoiling the customer relations with your company. Therefore it is requested that this agent who is located in the shopping complex of hisar cantt should be blacklisted and his license be ceased with imediate effect. I would also like to inform u that he is insisting the customers to purchase sim of other cmpanieis than airtel. my sim no is 9996419553. and the agent /service provider is located in Hisar cantt.
