Deducting the money

Sir,

i am parveen, using airtel mobile prepaid phone no.9805607820 .on this some services are automatically activated like cricket commentary or hello tunes etc and amount is daily deducted from from the balance . after so much of struggling if i contact to customer care which is paid call by this service provider, they simply say that you have activated this service. after request they discontinue the service but detected amount is not refunded back .i also told them three months ago that i do not like such type of services and in future please do not activate such services .but no use they do their own.
