I am an AIRTEL customer for the last 7 years. I had to pay my phone bill for which I got a call from AIRTEL customer care and they offered to send an executive home to collect the money. I gave Rs 5137 to the executive who came to my house and now AIRTEL says that they have not received the money and that the person was not genuine. If the person was not genuine how did he know that I have to pay my phone bill? How did he know the exact amount? His name is Rajesh and his number is 9718555632. Is the customer information with AIRTEL not safe and confidential? Is AIRTEL leaking the information which is leading to its customers being cheated? Worst is that AIRTEL executives who call you night and day to pay your bill do not want to help. AIRTEL that claims to be the largest service provider has faults and data leakage in its system. Can we believe any calls that come from people saying they are from AIRTEL???
