Airtel company has sent me a message 3 times in a special recharge scheme.
Scheme was recharge with Rs.11 & get Rupees 44 as talktime.
I have recharged all three times; but I got the benefit only 1st recharge & last recharge; not for the second recharge.
I have recharged on 13th 15th & 19th november.
Besides this today itself without my permission they have charged me with rupees 6.
When I called to Nodal officer; My call did not get establish & still I am charged for that call which was not established.
I am also requsting to revert that deduction also.
Before 5 or 6 days company had also charged me with 3 rupees without any reason which they have revert me back after a lot of quarelling on their Service Center personally.
Now most Important matter which is really required to solve for welfare of our country.
Airtel company sends Adult msgs.
Like " MINI SKIRT BABES" " JUST CLICK & MIDNIGHT BABES ARE READY"
As my mobile is commmon in my home so I deleted such vulgar sms for which I was told by Airtel customer care officer to show such sms at Airtel service center to prove that really Airtel has sent such vulgar sms.
When I showed such vulgar sms to Airtel Service Center nobody responded me properly & said that you have open door for the court.
You are requested to do needful in this cheating.
