Following Complaint sent to Airtel 10 days before-No response
I was a fully satisfied Airtel customer nearly last 10 years and use the service regularly when I am in India and abroad. I was in a very short visit to my home town last week and to my surprise I found at the airport that my telephone connection was not available. I had a lot of trouble and I was completely handicapped in my official and personal things during those days. I have contacted your customer service and they took one day to identify the problem and advised me to wait 3-4 days to fix the issue. Another service provider helped me and somehow I have managed those days, really disappointed and found your service not reliable.
I was informed by your customer service that the service was not used for a long time, I don’t think it is true as I was in my home town during September this year and I remember even I have used it after one year as well. Any such important regulations should have been informed to the customers as everyday hundreds of unwanted SMS are being delivered.
I would request to restore the service as soon as possible as this number is very important to my official and personal requirements, I have submitted all required documents in one of your franchise outlets couple of days before. Please also ensure all my credit balances are restored in my account which would be nearly Rs.1000.
