I hope my massage will reach till you and am sorry to writing you this mail as I am highly unsatisfied customer of your services.
I am having 2 airtel connections Prepaid & Post Paid both before this was very happy with the services and use to recommend people for airtel connection as I was finding it very good in terms of scheme and economically good.
The problem is with my post paid connection (9560448811)
I have been using this no. since march and whatever bill comes I use to pay without checking in thing and I believe that was my mistake and when I have checked the bill I saw lots of unknown no.. So I called your customer service people but they were useless to understand the problem and forcing me to pay same when didn't pay they have started calling me to pay the bill.
How can pay for the usage which is not correct and except that nobody has tried to solve the problem instead of forcing to the customer to pay the bill... apart from that the recovery staff Ashok & Suresh were highly unprofessional and the they spoke Apko jo karna hai karlo bill to pay karna hi padega ..I ask them for some seniors no... The ashok just hung the phone without saying anything.
After this whole story my only concern is that the which is in the bill is not correct and will be not be paying for the same after the harassment by the airtel staff..
I will appreciate for your intervention on the same.
