My name is Mr, Mukesh jejeeam desani and My Fos Mobile Numer is 97255-22380 And My rural distibutorship (M.J.Communication) at Kherol (Ta: Talod Di: Sabar kantha) since last 4 months,
I am having this distibutorship Under Umiya Teleservices (super distibutor of Talod & Prantij) Mr. Ketul patel As per company rules i have done agreement with Airtel bharti Ltd. for my Rural distibutorship
On 5th December My FOS Number service is discontinue by Airtel without any intimation. then after i have talk with Airtel Zonal manager (sabar kantha) Mr. Mukesh Chauhan But i am not getting a proper Response from any authorised person by Bharti now i want to reactive my service Like balance transfer and incoming outgoing also my area all lapu (e-recharge) number,
ALso I want to clarify some question answer from airtel?
1 > Why my services has terminated by Airtel?
2 > Why airtel not given me any Intimation for discontinue My services?
3 > Who is the Responsible person behind that all?
4 > How much time i have to wait for my deposite refund
5 > I Want a proper resolution and written notice by airtel
6 > I want action againts person who is responsible for that all
7 > I want back My rural distibutorship if its not possible then clear my all finacial payment
Please help me as soon as possible i am waiting for your judgement
