Alance deduction

Sir,

I would like to inform you about my balance deduction problem,

A service titled "Bhojpurimovies" provided by AIRTEL is activated after every 3 or 4 days and in account of this service balance is deducted by Rs.10 without my permission. No action has been taken by AIRTEL communications even after complaining so many times.

Please take some strict action regarding it as soon as possible.
