Wrongly deduction

Dear Team,

I am an Airtel prepaid mobile cutomer, I hve received the message from airtel (AD - 54321) that Thanks for using filmybuzz subscription service from airtel.you have been charged Rs.3.Join gamclub and given a link also. Instantly they have deducted Rs.3/- from my main balance also. I have not used any service and not activated any package, but why i have been charged for 3 Rs, i don't have any idea for it. I given a call to Airtel complaint desk 198 for the clarification, even they don't have any details on it and raised a complaint for this. But how come they can deduct my banalance without using it any service.
