Debited balance

Hi,

i'm using an airtel mobile number for past 3 years. today (21 jan), i got a call from airtel service about chance to talk with some celebrity. but i cut the call after some hours passed, they washed out my balance and it gone into negative. i'm not here to blame them. i'm trying to say that they are taking out our balance without our permission. already one time they screwed my account then called them and asked to refund and i got the money back. most of my friends also happened like. it doesn't matter they refund the money later but we helpness when they washed oyt our balance. so, i'm expecting that somebody should stop this and some action must be done for this.
