Dear sir, I have airtel prepaid mobile no 9971929423.i am using 98rs gprs pack.i recharged it on 20/01.one day it worked nice I uses internet on that night then no balance is deducted from My account. But from today afternoon when I was using internet on My mobile My balance is started deducting. Then I call the customer care. I got reply that My 98 rupees pack is still not activated. I told them that I used it last night it worked. They deducted approx. 100 rupees from My mobile balance.when I was not using the internet then also continuously deducting Money. When I again call them They told me that They cant give any informating about this. Pls do needful
