Dear Sir:
My mobile no. is 9994405506. On January 29, at about 6 o'clock in the evening, I visited the tata docomo website and registered for details regarding MNP on their website. I got a message saying that their customer service agent will contact shortly. It was working fine until then but there has been no signal on my phone since that time while other airtel mobiles are getting clear signal inside my house. I cant make any calls and when my number is called from another phone, it says mobile is switched though the handset is on. I suspect Airtel is deliberately blocking me from moving to another provider. Pls help me on this issue.
