Sim Problem

Hi,

I'm Sridharan using Airtel Prepaid Sim in Tamilnadu. My sim automatically refreshes every 30 minutes or after some long calls, I checked with all the handsets am facing the same problem. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
