About activating my numbe

Respected Sir,

I have given the port in request of my Number 9716103132 from aircel to airtel on 23rd jan from 27 january aircel sim has stopped working and is not catching signals and on the airtel sim i am just only able to receive sms i am now failed to make or receive calls from last 5 days and the airtel customer care executives are not giving me any response so i request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible
