With utmost regrets, I am writing this complaint against such a reputed company taken as pioneer in telecom and internet provider company in India. It is indeed a surprise to note and to let it come in your notice that such a reputed company who is spending crores of rupees in getting more and more customers. Further to emphasize that I am doctor by profession involved in looking after critically ill patients and may not be able to receive call till 4:30PM, hence it is requested that any official who is deputed for the same must call me after 4:30PM the era of such a tight competition to have more customers either for land line or internet provider but when some customer reaches any of your outlets response is like as if they are saturated and don’t want any more customers. Details are enclosed as an attachment with chronological events in MS word. Last talk to customer care number 011-44444121 on 4th February with floor supervisor Mr. Saji Floor supervisor at around 4:30PM and specifically requested to record the conversation for better services and interpretation to avoid any communication gap. After making him apprise of previous facts he gave me complaint number 42685758. 1. ON 30TH JANUARY AT AROUND 1:20 PM VISITED AIRTEL OUTLET ADJACENT TO SPICE TELECON DE-85 NAJAFGARH MAIN ROAD, TAGORE GARDEN, NEW DELHI. STAFF WAS LEAST CONCERNED ABOUT THE ENTRANCE OF CUSTOMER AND I PRESUME THAT DESPITE BEING SUNDAY THE SAME MARKET REMAINS OPEN ON SUNDAYS AS PER NORMS OF THAT AREA. ALL THE THREE CHAIRS WERE VACANT AND SOME ONE SITTING ON SOFA DID TALK TO ME NAME? I MISSED TO ASK. IT’S SHAMEFUL ON PART OF AIRTEL THAT SUCHCKIND OF CALLOUS TREATMENT IS BEING OFFERED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO ENTER THE SHOWROOM WITH SOME KIND OF GOOD EXPECTATIONS AND WARM GESTURE FROM THE STAFF. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REVET ME ON MY E- MAIL ID AS GIVEN ABOVE. NON RECEIPT OF RESPONSE WILL ITSELF BE PRESUMED THAT AIRTEL IS LEAST CONCERNED WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR PROBLEMS.HOWEVER AS MY QUERY WAS ABOUT POSTPAID CONNECTION WITH BROAD BAND HE DID SAY THAT NO POST PAID CONNECTION IS AVIALBLE THERE.

2.SAME DAYON 30TH JANUARY DID CALL- 011-44444121 AND SOME MR. IMRAN WAS ONLINE AT AROUND 1:30PM AND REQUESTED HIM TO TELL ME ABOUT THE FEASIBILITY OF FAVIALABILITY OF CONNECTION. HE SAID THAT HE IS NOTING DOWN MY INFORMATION AND THAT I WILL GET RESPONSE WITHIN 72 HOURS.. I REQUESTED HIM TO PLEASSE RECORD THE CALL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE COZ THE PLAN HE TOLD ME WAS THAT AT RS.1399/- PLUS TAXES I SHALL BE GETTING 25 GB DOWNLOAD FREE WITH GAURANTEED SPEED OF 25 MBPS AFTER WHICH THE SPEED WILL DECREASE TO 256 KBPS.HE GAVE REFERNCE NUMBER AS 8985234 AND ONE MORE NUMBER WHICH I COULD NOT WRITEDOWN FOR LACK OF PEN AND PAPER.
3. SAME DAYON 30TH JANUARY A PERSON STATING THAT HE IS FROM AIRTELL DID COME TO MY RESIDENCE AT AROUND2:00PM AND SAID HE WILL SEE IF THE CONNECTION CAN BE GIVEN AND THAT HE WILL RETURN SOON. BUT TILL 3:11 AS I AM WRITING THIS MAIL THERE WAS NO RESPONSE AND AS HE TOLD THAT HE WILL REVERT BACK I COULDN’T ASK HIS NAME TOO.(MY FAULT).
IT IS SHOCKING TO LEARN THAT COMPANY OF SUCH REPUTE AAS AIRTEL ONE OF PIONEER COMPANY TO PROVIDE MOBILE IN INDIA IS NOW SO SATURATED AS TO PROVIDE ANY NEW CONNECTION AND THE SAME HAS NEVER BEEN COMMUNICATED IN ANY OF THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS RATHER ASKING TO OPT FOR CONNECTION. FURTHER THAT NOW IT IS NOW CLEAR THAT ONE CAN CHANGE THEIR OPERATOR AND SUCH KIND OF RESPONSE BY COMPANT BEASR BAD NAME IN REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY IN THE MARKET AND I THINK MARKETING/ADVERTISING INCHARGE SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH KIND OF WRONG AND MISDIRECTING ADVERTISEMENTS.
