I tried to Port my number on the 20th of January (the 1st day of MNP) but my request was rejected by Airtel, I received a message from Vodafone saying that my request has been rejected as there are subsisting contractual obligations. I am a prepaid customer running in a positive balance.
Everytime I contact them, they have a ne excuse to give me, which is utter rubbish, The contact number of the Nodal officer given on the site is also wrong.
I plan to report this complaint to TRAI asap.
