MY LAND LINE # 02240229491, AT VERY FIRST I MADE A REQUEST TO DISCONTINUE THE BROAD BAND SERVICE ON MY TELPHONE, AFTER THAT THEY DISCONNECTED MY COMPLETE TELEPHONE CONNECTION . MANY COMPLAIN & REQUEST I MADE IN CALL CENTRE . BUT NO SOLUTION WAS DONE BY AIRTEL . BUT THE EXECUTIVE MADE WRONG COMMINENT . AFTER A VERY LONG TIME WHEN I WAS TRIED TO MAKE MORE COMPLAINS, I MADE THEM TO DISCONNECTRED THE TELEPHONE LINE COMPLETELY, BUT AFTER 2 DAYS THEY CONNECTED THE PHONE, NOW THEY HAD SENT ME THE BILL FOR THE MONTH ON WHICH I HAVE NOT EVEN USE THEIR SERVICE.
