My name is Arun Dua I have a postpaid Airtel Connection No 9777150575 in my company's Name (Orbit Motors Pvt. Ltd.) I have given port request to 1900 TATA Docomo due to excess billing by Airtel & poor Customer Care Service but they had rejected my requested for the following reason

on received rejected message from TATA DOCOMO I had called Airtel Customer Care office for the actual reason of rejection they simple said that as this connection is in my company's name so the No can not be portable, then they contacted me and try to convince about they are different plans and new out lets being opened in our city
I am totally faid up with Airtel with their customer service
There are just DELAYING and HARASSING me and not allowing me to port out…. please take strict action against them for BREAKING LAW and HARASSING CUSTOMER
