My name is Ranjana kumar and my mobile number is 9871004028.It is a post paid connection with Airtel. Initially it was a prepaid connection taken by me which I later got converted to a post paid . for sometime I noticed exorbitant telephone bills. When contacted Airtel customer care service, they didn't reply satisfactorily. consequently I requested for Number portability, that they are not allowing citing the the arbitrary rule that this one is a corporate number which was given to me being an employee of Maharaja Agrasen Hospital. However, I have never worked with any such hospital so how could this number be a corporate. It appears, that the company is manipulating the account of its customers to retain its consumer base.kindly get my number ported for me.
