I am having the airtel prepaid connection via no. 98806060814. I had recharged through e-recharge on 27.01.2011 by paying Rs. 249/-.Earlier I had some balance..
Same day I got a message that ' Call cost is 267/- and balnce is 0'. though I had not made a single call. I spoke to customer care. But I did not get proper reply. Each time I call them, the concerned person was telling that my call was transferred to his superior. Even after waiting for 20 minutes the concerned person was not picking the phone and I had to call again, but the same process was repeating.
I again got recharged on 31.01.2011 by paying Rs.110/-.Ther was 30 ps. deduction after a bell ring sound. I could not understand for what that amount was being deucted. In that way daily Rs.4-5 was being deducted. I approached the mobile recharger. They could not clarify. They checked and informed that none of other services are activated in my mobile.
On 17.02.2011 I got recherged by paying Rs.249/- and for internet I paid Rs. 98/-.I did not make a single call. But, at night there was a message that 'Call cost is 267/- and balnce is 0'.
Please help me to reimburse my money that was deducted illgally.
