Late in porting my mobile numbe

I have sended an SMS for porting my no. on 8th Feb cause my BSNL service is not working properly. the next day I fulfilled all my formalities of filling the form which was submitted on 10th of Feb. Generally it takes 7 days to change my number after 7 days when I asked my retailer shopkeper he told me that they have issued some new method to send some sms. After that the Airtel again re-started the same process for porting method and because of that I am not able to use properly the bsnl and neither airtel till today i.e. 21st Feb. 2011

My complaint is that if such kind of processing is taking so long time it was much better that I could have purchased the new SIM

please do the needfull AIRTEL
