It has been 10 days since my Airtel Broadband is off and according to Airtel it will take another 6 weeks to rectify the problem. I fail to understand Airtel's incompetence. If it takes 6 weeks to fix a problem, then why provide such services and harass the customers. AIRTEL HAS BECOME SO USELESS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION VALUE IS NIL AND THEY REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. EVERYTIME YOU CALL THEM, THEY ARE LIKE WE WILL CALL YOU BACK IN 2 HOURS AND THAT NEVER HAPPENS. LOOKS LIKE 2 HOURS MEANS A LIFETIME FOR THEM. IT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL FROM A COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL. THEY SHOULD BE LITTLE MORE CONSIDERATE TOWARDS ITS CUSTOMERS. THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE ANY ALTERNATE INTERNET ACCESS OR ANY SORT OF COMPENSATION.
