Message not being delivered

Hello,

I have been using SMS Rs.24/- pack since past few months.

But since past 2-3 days.. my messages to a specific Reliance number are not being delivered.

The customer cars couldnt help in this. However they registered a request # CISMS20226555524.

Please help.. as I'm able to send messages to other numbers. Also the Reliance user can receive texts from other numbers.
